Roots is a manufacturer best known for its fire-retardant clothing. In that respect, the name of the Roots Flamebuster collection leaves nothing to the imagination. This multi-standard collection is a bestseller in the offshore industry. However, that does not mean that fire and flames are the only thing that the Roots multi-norm collections protect against. Static discharge and short circuit from arc flash will also not harm you when you wear work clothing from the multi-norm collections Roots Flamebuster, Roots Stormbuster and Roots Multi Protector. Some clothing from these collections even protects against liquid chemicals as described in the EN 13034 standard.
