Determining the right size can be tricky, as sizing varies by brand. That is why we have collected size charts for all brands. These allow you to easily determine which size fits you best. The charts often also include measuring instructions and help you determine your ready-to-wear size if necessary.

In the case of a supply to foreign entrepreneurs, this is referred to as an intra-community supply. In this case, we charge a VAT rate of 0%. As a foreign entrepreneur, you then carry out a so-called intra-community acquisition in your own country. This means that you declare VAT on the purchase amount in your own country. During the ordering process, you can enter your VAT number in the shopping cart. Enter your VAT number without spaces, for example: BE0123456789

Unishore Workwear guarantees that every product supplied by it meets the normal requirements of soundness and usability. There shall be no warranty if the wear can be considered normal and/or the damage was caused by intent, negligence, or negligent maintenance. The statutory warranty applies to all items you purchase from us. Statutory warranty means that a product is or must do what the consumer may reasonably expect of it.

1. Send an email to info@unishoreworkwear.com describing your complaint as accurately as possible, including the purchase date, invoice number, and item number. Please also include several photos clearly showing the issue.
   
2. Once the photos have been reviewed by the Complaints & Warranty department, we will contact you within 5 days regarding the progress of this complaint and any potential return.
   
3. Additionally, you must provide all requested information within 10 days of the start of the complaint; otherwise, the complaint will be closed.

To give you an indication of the expected delivery time, this is stated for all products on the website. Once you have selected the colour and size of an item, the delivery time is shown below the price.

Log in to your account and register your return.

1. Complete the returns form.
2. Return the parcel, ensuring it is properly stamped, via a service point of your choice.

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods.
