Shipping policy
Orders that are fully in stock and placed on weekdays before 3:00 PM will be shipped on the same day. Orders with (different) delivery times will be shipped as completely as possible.
When you order workwear, corporate clothing, safety shoes, bags and/or personal protective equipment from Unishore Workwear, you pay shipping costs. On this page, you will find the shipping costs for the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and other European countries. It is, of course, possible to ship your order to countries not mentioned on this page. For an estimate of shipping costs to unlisted countries, please contact us by email.

Delivery time
To give you an indication of the expected delivery time, it is stated with all products. After selecting the color and size of an item, the expected delivery time of the item is displayed. After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email, which shows the delivery time per item, however, please note that the items will be shipped together and the delivery time may therefore be longer than indicated on the individual item line. This may be the case if one item has a longer delivery time than other items in the same order.
Tracking your shipment and delivery
When your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an email with a track & trace code from PostNL, DHL, or DPD. Usually, your order will be delivered the next working day, or on Saturday (shipments within the Netherlands). A signature may be required upon delivery of your order. These services will attempt to deliver your package a maximum of 1 time to the address you provided.
If you are not present, the package will be taken to the nearest pick-up location where you can collect your package within 1 week. This gives you 7 days before the package is returned.
If the package is not collected, we will charge the shipping costs for the return from the service point to Unishore Workwear and the new shipping costs to you again for delivery.
