How can I return or exchange?
- Log in to my account and register your return
- Fill in the return form
- Return the package sufficiently stamped via a service point of your choice.
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, physically receives the goods.
The return can be sent in a shipping bag or separate box with the return, RMA, or order number written on the box, back to:

I can't register my return.
If you are unable to register your return, a copy of your order in the box will suffice.
Please include a return form or instructions with the order so we can process everything as quickly as possible.
Please also write your order number on the box or shipping bag.

When can I expect my order?
When you can expect your order depends on the product.
The delivery time is indicated per product on the product page, in the shopping cart, and on the order confirmation.
The product with the longest delivery time can be used as the estimated delivery time.
As soon as something is shipped, you will receive your Track & Trace by email from us to follow your order.
