Embroidery is an excellent solution for adding your company logo or text to workwear in a stylish and durable way.

For some garments, such as fleece and many softshell items, printing is not possible, and embroidery is the best option.

When you can expect your order depends on the product. As soon as you select an item and choose the size and color, you will see the normal delivery time for that item. Add approximately 10-15 business days for embroidery. Rush order? Please contact us.

For embroidering your logo, we require a logo file with one of the following file extensions: .EPS, .AI, .SVG, PDF, or a high-quality PNG or JPG. This ensures we can achieve optimal results.

For embroidering text or numbers, no file is needed. By using our editor, you can provide your text or logo directly. If you have any additional files or information, you can reply to your order confirmation with the text, logo, or extra information. After this, we will have enough information to promptly send a proof.

We maintain a fixed width if this is the most aesthetic solution. This depends on the supplied material (logo or text).

Standard dimensions

Chest/sleeve/neck print: 10 cm wide

Back print: 25 cm wide

Print on bags: 20 cm wide

Height depends on the ratio to the width

A different size or embroidery in a different position is often also possible. Please contact us to discuss your wishes. You can do this using the contact form

Most clothing is suitable for embroidery; however, there are exceptions:

T-shirts: the fabric is too light and can be damaged or pucker during the embroidery process
PU (Rain) jackets and Nylon material clothing: these materials are not suitable for embroidery
Shell Jackets: you can embroider these, but you will lose the product's waterproof properties
Underwear & lightweight beanies: the fabric is too elastic and not suitable for embroidery
Extremely elastic clothing: the embroidery will pucker the fabric

It is also possible that for certain clothing items, some locations cannot be embroidered or are strongly advised against.

If you have ordered before and created an account, it may be that your account is not correctly linked. This means that you still see the price for the embroidery card. If you think this is incorrect, please contact us.

We will then make an adjustment to your account so that you do not have to pay for it again. After this, you can easily place the order through our editor, including the embroidery card, without the cost of the embroidery card.

We advise you to mention "repeat order" in the order comments or reference, if possible with the previous order number. This makes it easier for us to find which embroideries belong to it.

Workwear with an embroidered or printed company logo can be tax deductible. The Dutch Tax Authorities have several conditions for this. For example, a visual feature, such as a company logo, must (together) have an area of at least 70 cm² per garment. Read more about the conditions of the Tax Authorities here.

If you require different name embroideries per size/color, it is usually practical to email this to us after you have received your order confirmation. You can do this by replying to the order confirmation.
