BOLT 100 and BOLT 200
BOLT 100 has a lightweight ABS shell and six-point suspension. A dial adjusts the fit around the head, and the sweatband is replaceable. BOLT 200 uses a Lexan shell with inner foam and a crown liner. The sweatband and inner liner of BOLT 200 are washable and replaceable.
Both helmet families come in vented and unvented versions. On BOLT 200, the supplied chin strap also differs: the vented version has the red EN 12492 chin strap, while the unvented version has the grey EN 397 chin strap. Helmet version and chin strap belong together; choose the combination that suits the work and requirements.
Helmet-mounted eye and hearing protection
BOLT offers visors and face shields with a clear or tinted screen, as well as a mesh version. The visor sits in front of the eyes; a face shield covers more of the face. Compact and universal carriers have their own applications within the system. Milwaukee eye protection also includes glasses worn without helmet mounting.
BOLT LP and HP ear defenders fit the rear and middle slots of BOLT 100 and BOLT 200. The LP version has a stated SNR of 30 dB, and HP 33 dB. Choosing hearing protection also depends on workplace noise and the seal around the ear.
Lighting, identification and internal components
A BOLT headlamp or compatible low-profile light mount integrates lighting into your helmet equipment. With the intended combination, a visor or face shield can be raised while the light remains fitted. A badge holder accommodates site identification; sun protection helps screen out sunlight.
Internal components include sweatbands, liners and chin straps. The BOLT 200 IMPACT ARMOR liner uses energy-absorbing material with RHEON technology. Cooling sweatbands and liners are activated with water. Other cooling products are included in the Milwaukee accessories.
