Print work jacket

We can print most work jackets. We print Helly Hansen softshell jackets with all the logo types we use at Unishore Workwear. For other softshell jackets, we use special logos with a softshell blocker. This protective layer prevents dye from the jacket from migrating into the logo over time, known as colour bleeding. We order these logos with a softshell blocker in quantities of 50; you do not need to order 50 jackets.

At Unishore Workwear, we do not print fleece jackets or puffer jackets. On fleece, the heat press can flatten the pile, changing the texture of the fabric. For a company logo on fleece, embroidery is an option.

A chest logo is particularly visible at close range; the back offers more space for your company name. We generally use 10 cm in width or height on the chest, 8 cm in width or height on the sleeve and 25 cm in width or height on the back, provided the jacket has enough space. The shape of your logo determines which dimension we use. We make round logos approximately 20% smaller. Would you like a different size? Other dimensions are possible by agreement, provided the logo and garment are suitable.

A logo can also go at the back of the neck, just below the collar. Here, we adjust the size to your preference: subtle or more prominent. Chest pockets, zips and seams can restrict the print area, and a hood may partly cover a back logo. The digital proof shows the proposed placement and size before you give your approval.

For work jackets that are industrially laundered, we use industrially washable logos. These logos are usually ordered in batches of 50. We apply the logos to your clothing in-house. You do not have to use them all straight away: we store leftover logos free of charge for a future order. The unused logos have a shelf life of two years. We also store logos with a softshell blocker in the same way.

The lead time depends on the availability of the jackets and your approval of the digital proof. While we wait for your jackets, we prepare your logo and proof. This saves time once the clothing arrives.

With embroidery, the logo is stitched into the jacket using real thread. An embroidery-look transfer recreates the stitches as a print. Both have a different appearance from a conventional printed logo, but only real embroidery has a texture made from thread.
