Recommendations from our Unishore Expert
Before you put these knee pads on, check whether you have the left or right pair. The letters L and R are printed on the label or on the pads themselves. Position the padded side towards your body and secure the upper and lower straps so the knee area is fully covered. The top edge of the pad should sit about 2 cm above the bend of your knee. Fasten the straps parallel rather than crossed, and avoid pulling the hook-and-loop closures over the back of your knee. Fastening them too tightly can restrict blood flow, so aim for a snug fit that still lets you move freely. Inspect the knee pads before every use, and remember they are valid for 2 years from the production date. Any dirt, alteration or incorrect use can significantly reduce their performance and lifespan. These knee pads offer protection that meets strict safety standards.
