How can I return an item?

1. Log in via the customer hub and register your return

2. Complete the return form

3. Return the package via a service point of your choice.

Return Policy

  • Trying on items in a hygienically manner is permitted.
  • All items must be in their original packaging and, of course, unused.
  • You must always return the products in a shipping bag or outer box. The shipping label should only be placed on the shipping bag or box, never directly on the item itself. If the item's packaging is damaged beyond repair, a fee of €3.00 excluding VAT, or €3.63 including VAT, will be deducted.
  • The items must not contain any unusual odors, stains, dust, or traces of hair. This indicates use or careless handling of the items.
  • All tear-off labels must still be attached.
  • Products that are embroidered or printed cannot be returned.

General Returns Information


European Union 14-Day Returns Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the item is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to register and send your return.

To initiate a return outside of the portal, you can contact us at warehouse@unishoreworkwear.com. Once your return is accepted, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs.

Returns outside the return period

Items returned within 3 weeks of receiving your order will be credited as a goodwill gesture, minus a 20% restocking fee. Items returned later without explicit approval will be refused and can be picked up at the location where the package was returned.

Damage and Issues
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess and resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishables (such as food, flowers, or plants), customized products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If your refund is approved, your money will be automatically credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process your refund.
