To place an order, follow the steps below:
- Search the webshop for the item you want to order
- Select the size, color and any other options
- Enter the quantity you want to order
- After entering the size and color, the expected delivery time will appear next to the quantity
- Click on the 'Add to cart' button to place the item in the shopping cart (choose 'quote' if you want to receive a quote)
- To go to the shopping cart, click on the 'shopping cart' link at the top right of the screen
1. In the shopping cart
- On the 'Shopping cart' page you will see the products you have added with added information such as item name, item number, delivery time, price, color, size and quantity
- Please check this information carefully before proceeding to checkout
- If all information is correct, click on "Proceed to checkout"
2. The checkout process
E-mail address
To start the checkout process you will first be asked for your email address. We use this e-mail address to send confirmations, invoices, delivery information and the track & trace code.
- Enter your email address
- Click 'Next'
Delivery address
In order to deliver your order, we need a delivery address. Is there also a billing address? Then you can fill this in on the next page.
Enter the following information:
- Country of delivery
- First name and surname
- Postal code, house number and addition
- Street name and place name (in the Netherlands these are automatically looked up)
- Company name and VAT number (if applicable)
- Telephone number (this will be used if we have questions about your order)
Shipping method
You have 2 options for shipping method:
- Shipping via PostNL
- Pick up in store (Den Helder or Zwaag)
You also have the option to enter a comment, which can be a comment about the shipping but also about the order.
- Click 'Next' to continue
3. Overview & payment
Summary of your order
On the right side you will see an overview of your order, the total amount and any discount you receive (for example promotional discounts)
- Please check this information carefully before placing the order.
Discount code
On the left you will see a box where you can enter a discount code, if applicable. This could be a personal discount code that you have received from us, or a discount code from a current promotion.
Payment method
Under the heading 'Payment method:' you can choose from the different options payment methods.
- Choose the desired payment method
- If your billing and shipping addresses are the same, you can check this box
- If these are not the same, uncheck "Billing and shipping addresses are the same" and enter the billing address
- You can enter a reference under "your reference" (this will be shown on the order confirmation and invoice)
- To place an order you must agree to the general terms and conditions; check the box
- If you would like to be kept informed of news and offers, you can subscribe to our newsletter; check the box, if desired
Once all information has been entered correctly, click on 'Place order'. This button takes you to a page of our external payment partner (MultiSafePay or AfterPay), where you can complete the payment. After payment has been completed, you will return to a confirmation page and you will receive an order confirmation by email.
