How do flame retardant vests work?

It is not the case that one option prevents the spread of flames better than the other, although it is important to know that it is often not visible to the naked eye if the flame-resistant finish loses its effectiveness. This type of flame-retardant work clothing is often cheaper and if used with care, it can last a long time. If you use the right detergents and rinse them thoroughly, such a flame-retardant vest can be used for a long time. Most flame-retardant work clothing also protects against electrostatic discharge.
