RWS workwear for road works

Road workers, technicians and staff installing traffic management measures often work close to moving traffic. RWS workwear features fluorescent fabric and a distinctive arrangement of reflective strips. The clothing provides visibility; your company logo shows which company the employee represents on site.

RWS and EN ISO 20471

RWS workwear follows the additional Rijkswaterstaat guidelines for the design of high-visibility clothing. EN ISO 20471 sets out the requirements for fluorescent and reflective material and classifies clothing into visibility classes. RWS and EN ISO 20471 are therefore related, but do not mean the same thing.

Your company logo on different RWS garments

Not every employee wears a jacket throughout the working day. By also applying the same company logo to a sweatshirt or shirt, the company remains recognisable when an outer layer is removed. A chest logo is clearly visible during contact at the workplace; a back logo makes the company name recognisable from behind too.
