Have a company logo or name embroidered on your Mascot polo shirt, sweatshirt or fleece jacket? At Unishore Workwear, we embroider in-house, from just one garment. The fabric and the details in your logo together determine how the embroidery will look.
An embroidered company name gives your work polo shirt its own look. On a sweatshirt or fleece jacket, your logo stays visible when you wear an extra layer. The thread gives the design a texture you can feel, unlike the flat appearance of a print.
More choice than just MASCOT Crossover
MASCOT Crossover is not the only collection with polo shirts, sweatshirts or fleece. Other Mascot ranges also include clothing that may suit an embroidered company logo. Our range includes these options, for example:
MASCOT Crossover: polo shirts and sweatshirts, for a company name on the chest.
MASCOT Accelerate: including polo shirts and fleece jackets, also in two-tone designs. On a two-tone garment, the colour panels also affect where your logo can be placed.
MASCOT Customized: including fleece hoodies and microfleece. Here, the structure of the fleece affects how visible small embroidery details will be.
MASCOT Unique: including polo shirts, sweatshirts and fleece jackets. This allows the same company logo to appear on different layers of a work outfit.
The collection name does not automatically determine whether every item can be embroidered. A fleece jacket and a waterproof jacket from the same range need different approaches. Embroidery needles make holes in the fabric, so for a waterproof membrane we prefer a suitable print.
A finely detailed logo on Mascot fleece
A small detail may be technically possible to embroider, yet still be less visible on a thick, fluffy fleece. The raised fibres can partly hide thin lines or small letters. It is therefore not just about how much detail we can embroider, but also how much of it remains visible on the chosen fabric.
Microfleece generally has a finer, shorter surface than a thick classic polar fleece. This can help small embroidery details stay more visible. The precise result also depends on the logo and the fabric itself. Our explanation of polar fleece and microfleece shows the difference in structure.
At Unishore, we do not print on fleece: the transfer press can flatten the fibres. For a logo on a Mascot fleece jacket, we use embroidery.
Thread colour and readable lettering
A dark logo stands out differently on a light polo shirt than on a dark sweatshirt. Contrast between the thread colour and the clothing helps keep your company name recognisable. For a company logo with a small tagline, we determine how large the letters and lines need to be to remain clear.
Mascot embroidery from just one garment
An extra polo shirt for a new colleague or a second fleece jacket can also have its own logo. At Unishore Workwear, embroidery is available from just one garment. For T-shirts or a design with a colour gradient, for example, Mascot workwear printing may be a better choice. You can combine both techniques within the same clothing package.
You can find more about the general options on our page about workwear embroidery.
Frequently asked questions about Mascot embroidery
Can I have a Mascot fleece jacket embroidered?
Yes, embroidery is our solution for adding a logo to a fleece jacket. We do not print on fleece because the press can flatten the fibres.
Can a finely detailed logo be embroidered at a small size?
Yes, if the letters and lines remain recognisable on the chosen fabric. On a fluffy fleece, raised fibres can partly hide small details. Microfleece generally has a finer, shorter surface, which can help details stay more visible.
