• Laboratory tests
  Various tests are carried out on the substance in various laboratories in Denmark and Vietnam, using standardized machines. These tests consist of both physical and chemical tests and check the fabric for style stability, tear and tensile strength, color fastness, shrinkage, dimensional stability and weight.
• Prototypes
  Workwear at work: Prototypes are tested in practice by professional wearers. Everything is tested from the quality of the materials to the function of the work trousers and clothing. The test subjects provide suggestions for improvements and these ideas for new functions or adjustments to quality, material or fit. These suggestions are incorporated into new prototypes and tested again and repeated until the perfect result is achieved for both Mascot and the future wearer. • Approve materials
  The fabric samples from the fabric suppliers are extensively tested in Mascot's laboratory for appearance, color and weight. The fabrics themselves are checked for weaving defects and samples are taken at the same time. All fabrics must meet a number of control criteria so that Mascot can guarantee consistent, high quality.
• Quality control during production
  The Mascot quality control is 100%. Extensive quality checks are carefully carried out during every production phase. In addition, an inspection of the end product also takes place. It is not without reason that Mascot gives you a two-year warranty on all zippers and seams.
