With the Helly Hansen Connect system, they have designed the work trousers to be able to attach pockets in a way that offers the same working and moving comfort as traditional fixed pockets. But the Connect bags can be ordered and attached separately, so you can choose which bag you need. For example, a bag especially for electricians, carpenters or just basic bags with various pockets.

By combining with Connect bags there is always a suitable combination for the work you do. To make it even easier, there is also a special pocket connector to create a pocket on a normal belt and one where you can create multiple Connect pockets on the wall.

Helly Hansen Holster pockets improve trousers

Helly Hansen is always trying to improve their work trousers. They do this by working together with test subjects and other wearers of their clothing. One of the most frequently asked questions to Helly Hansen is to improve the design of the holster pockets, which can be found on their construction trousers. As work trousers used to be, they had 1 fixed set of holster pockets, these were designed for various activities but unfortunately did not suit every profession.

This new technology also includes the accompanying trousers that the Bags can connect to. The first of these trousers will be released in the spring of 2024 in the Barcode, Oxford 4X, and Magni Evolution collections. These trousers are equipped with a zipper and press stud combination instead of the holster pockets, on which the holster pocket can be zipped and buttoned. This ensures that the bag is firmly secured.

In the future, Helly Hansen's wish is to provide all new trousers with this system where possible.
